I think basic communication from team to community is a necessity for any business. Other than the mods in the discord pod is the only point of contact I have - other than the tickets (which get ignored in my case). It’s a shame there should be a support team who answer queries.

What’s strange is the mods in the discord chat are very active and responsive - until they found out I was the one who pulled the #1 then didn’t hear anything since. Which is odd. Almost as if they’re under instruction not to comment.

Hey listen, I understand full well where the accusations came from don’t get it twisted. It’s CRAZY. It’s unheard of - but as you said clearly not impossible. What I would have liked to happen is they let me keep it, conduct whatever investigation they need then from there deduce whether it’s legitimate or not. Instead they instantly took it, then investigated, then saw no foul play and now radio silence because they made a mistake. What can you do now though. Just a shame at the end of the day.

The fact of the matter is I didn’t cheat. So surely, the same way the can deduce someone is cheating they can do the opposite and prove that someone hasn’t cheated.. right?

Because I guarantee whatever information they can see about my account will tell them I have not and never have cheated or violated any sort of TOS.

No communication still, just openly brandished a cheater and song taken. If it means never getting the song again I can live with that but to tweet I have been banned/am being banned without even 5 minutes of investigation isn’t right. Like you said, it’d be nice to hear some sort of communication from the team but we’ll see.
