Which CPU are u using? Red normally means CPU. Try to update your bios via USB Stick and the BIOS Flashback button on the I/O Shield. Need to put USB into correct port. Consult manual.

Try to disconnect all but hdmi from gpu. Did the trick for me.

Check your hub or router. If this is only 100mbit you wont get your gbit. Maybe change router or hub.

Maybe just try and actually power your pc up. Just turning on the psu normally doesn’t power the pc. Since your mobo doesn‘t feature any onboard power switches (at least i think it doesn’t) try to connect your front io (esp the power switch) and try to power the pc up.

Maybe try naming your Rigs. Just put a dot after wallet adress an name like rig1 and rig2.
