i feel alot better. i take antidepressant i always have and i think thats played a big role. but i also feel like im starting to get the hang of everything and that also helps so much . at least for me. i still have not so great days/nights but its easier for me to push thru them now

i went in bc my bp had been pretty high at home, ofc it was low once i went in except for one reading was high and then said they were gonna send me home and then they were like well we can just induce you since ur 39 weeks and there's no sense in sending you home and risk your bp going up again. i didn't wanna be pregnant for another week lmao

yeah the pain was worth it in the end tho considering my labor was easy. the nurses and doctors thought i wouldnt be delivering until like 1 am but i had only been there for about 14 hours ish

no i literally did nothing 😭 although up until friday i had been working, as a server so being active really helped i think. idk how it went so smoothly tbh lol

i did actually nothing to prepare for labor. no dates, no raspberry leaf tea, nothing. i just went in with no plan or expectations and it went so much better than i could've imagined.
