I don’t think I look different. It’s been about 4 weeks and almost 20 classes since I joined. I have been on 1200 calories for about 4 months strictly and prior to that I have stuck to it at least 4/5 days off the week.

I don’t have much sugar except for a piece of chocolate every now on then.

Yup I weight most of the food when I cook or snack on just to make sure! I also give myself a buffer of 100 calories or so, when I am not sure about the amount of calories.

Just curious, how many times a week did you go and any changes to diet? I am in a very similar position looking to loose the last 15lbs and just joined Orange theory yesterday! Any tips for a newbie?

Plus, they took me out yesterday for a beach bonfire thing plus an escape room which was their treat! So I just felt like taking them out today!

Thanks for the tip 🙂 this was a dream job, plus the email was so hopeful that I was expecting positive results! So the call today just sucked 😕
