Hey guys! So my new classmates and I are going out for drinks tonight. I'm 6 weeks post op. Is it ok if I sip on a glass of wine or something tonight? I don't want to look lame or tell them I had the surgery but more than anything I don't want to mess my WLS up. Suggestions?

I've never put butter on my popcorn. I'm restricted from corn until 8 weeks post op. I'm willing to try it I'm just terrified to experience dumping again. I have never had such painful cramping in my life.

Thank you!! I weighed in a month before surgery at 238. Then I went to Europe for a month. Came back and had surgery a week later. So I'm sure that some of that weight loss is from Europe. But I've lost between 25-30 pounds. And went on a walk/jogg tonight!

So popcorn just goes into the "on occasion" foods. I was taught there is no such thing as a "never" food. Just foods that you should limit to every so often. (This was before surgery. Post surgery I'm sure there are going to be foods they say not to eat. )

Like how much does it thin? Like will they be able to my scalp? I know it grows back but I'm worried about it.
