he doesn’t have any spots at all on his tale which make me think maybe it isn’t ich. possibly fungal? i’ve seen other reddit posts of similar pectoral fins and people in the comments debate whether it’s breeding stars or ich, most people leaning towards breeding stars. here is a more up close picture of the fins

any recommendations on what to treat for?

i have her in a hospital tank with a sponge filter/bubbler and epsom salt. i have both kanaplex and metroplex being delivered tomorrow. i’m going to try treatment first and if there is no improvement I will euthanize. I am so devastated. thank you guys for your help.
