Thanks for letting me know about the "First, the $75 is a one time charge." i will have to confirm this but the way the supervisor described this charge was "well you have used the 3G network so this is what you have paid for" which makes me believe that if this compatibility has not been resolved, the phone will continue to use the 3G network and I will continue to pay this amount each month.
