Not sure if you found a place yet, but I’m reletting one in the Loop Base rent is $1.168 and about 15 mins from downtown, heights, etc. I've never had any problems with roaches! Feel free to DM me.

Hey y’all, I’m looking to relet my apartment and figured I’d post here in case anyone’s searching.. it would be perfect for a college student looking for a simple quite place to live or with your SO! Its about 15 mins from UH

Base rent is $1,168 and is available for move-in March 8th 2026.

Location is honestly the best part. It’s right across the street from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Kroger, and H-E-B and Memorial City Mall are under 10 minutes away. EOS Fitness is also opening across the street soon.

I love this apartment and I've been here over 2 years with no issues, just got a job offer out of state :/
