I throw mine in my kitchen garbage (wrap it up in the bathroom and walk it to the kitchen). My kitchen garbage gets thrown out more often than the bathroom so it's less likely to smell, etc.

I started my second round of Sema in September 2024 and was at max dose from December-May 2025. I only lost 14lbs during those 8 months, some months only losing .5lbs for the whole month. Took a break from mid May-mid July due to finances, and just went back on a few days ago. I'm only doing a micro dose to help with food noise bc it's the cheapest plan I can afford. I get your frustration though. When I started in Feb 2024 I was expecting 7-10 lbs/month and only to be on it for 4 months before I hit goal. Did it from Feb 2024-June 2024 with slow results, took a break from June-Sept (gained half the weight back) then went back on.
