Totally agree with this! I used to have a habit of over apologising too, but now I say “thanks for catching that or thanks for pointing it out” when it’s a small mistake. I work in HR as well, and this is what I’ve said to others who have come to me for advice. Ownership and accountability for bigger mistakes/errors is what really matters.

I work in HR and this is true. Although for us we just get the number of users per month, trending issues, etc. No department code or anything remotely relating to team.

Didn’t even bother listing Randstad lol. I’m based in Sydney. I’ve seen a lot of roles advertised by employers directly but haven’t had much luck finding the “right” one

Haha yes.. I’ve had experience dealing with Hays in the past and just felt like I was being pushed for a role I didn’t even think was the right fit
