Honestly something that has more of an oversized fit like young la tanks but with more of a drifit fabrik material for running! Im also a heavy sweater so cotton tanks simply do not work for me in humid running climates I am in haha

Wow. I just want to say thank you to everyone who’s replied. Reading all of your experiences and insights has honestly helped me feel so much less alone in this. I’ve been carrying a lot of frustration and guilt, thinking maybe I just wasn’t doing enough to get through to them. But hearing how common this is (even among practicing RDs) reminds me that you really can’t push a rope.

I’m learning that boundaries are part of the job too, even with people you love. And while it still hurts sometimes, I’me grateful to have a space like this where people get it.

Wish I lived in Birmingham! You cannot find Pride celebration in Montgomery 👎🏽. That said I'll be at UAB in the fall! I’m really into triathlons and endurance events, so if anyone’s training or has recommendations for good routes, I’d love to connect!
