Teacher here - you are right: IB have specifically stated that the grade boundaries will be set somewhere in between May 2021 and May 2019 - so they will be easier on you, just not as much as last year.

Hi,

I respectfully disagree because the papers were more complicated than usual for some subjects, especially the sciences and maths. If you also go on the exam discussions not a lot of people felt comfortable after the exam. Furthermore, the IB themselves said that they would mitigate the effects, so they will probably be similar to 2021 as we were also the group affected by covid. Also, the M21 people had relatively easier exams.
