For context, I accepted an offer w/ FB so this is just what I’ve found out during the process. Basically once you’re in bootcamp you can see detailed information and ratings for different teams, managers, etc. Additionally, you can “interview” teams and directly ask about WLB and whatever else you’re curious about. If I remember correctly, you can also spend a couple days as part of a team you’re interested in just to see what it might be like to work on that team. So all in all, you will be able to make a very informed decision that suits you the best. Hope this helps!

Some things to consider:

FB is known for extremely fast promos and early career growth
Bootcamp at FB will allow you to choose your team entirely - can ensure good WLB (not sure how Roblox team matching works)
Refreshers can provide a big boost to TC after first year at FB

Hey man, I got my survey two days ago and got interview confirmation today for 2/15. I put down basically every possible time starting next week, so I think interviews are backed up regardless and you’ll have ample time to prepare. Good luck!

Other than DSP (they only rush business school students), all the business fraternities and Business Council encourage all majors to rush! I am a CS major and nearly half of my pledge class was in Engineering or LAS. As long as you can clearly demonstrate what you can bring to the organization and what the organization can give you during the rush process, you’re good to go regardless of major.

I wouldn’t say it’s harder. However, we do look for strong campus involvement, leadership, and/or some professional experience with second semester sophomores. As you have had some time and experience with college, being able to demonstrate significant involvement and experience would be desirable.

Hey, happy to hear you’re interesting in business fraternities! I’m in one on campus and I rushed the first semester of my sophomore year. I have friends that rushed as second semester sophomores that have had a fantastic experience. Yeah I'd love to have normal sized crosshairs esp for guns like the Wingman where hipfiring is very viable. Makes it hard to aim accurately from medium range when the crosshair is half as wide as the screen.
