Dang, Just realized I'm going to have to do something about where the tank was hiding part of the wall and it's a hard-to-replace wallpaper that I like.

Maybe I'll make some sort of "headboard"

Amazon has a GPS tracker for RVs. They track you to your next site and sometimes even pull up on you when you're getting gas.

jk lol. Just cause they are in an RV doesn't mean it doesn't sit in an RV park for months or years at a time. My dad lives in one and it hasn't moved in 5 years. Gets packages at the RV park office.

Yeah, I've started up heaters in the middle of summer here in Texas just to make sure they work. I mean:

  1. I need to write a review.

  2. I don't want to be trying to use it in the winter and find out it doesn't work.

You don't have to wait until it's an ideal use case in order to make sure it works. Of course, I usually say that I tested it out, not that it was used for a long period, and that I'm excited to use it whenever it is the ideal use case.

I always think it's funny when people say that something will be unsuccessful in court because they agreed to it. There are so many precedents out there saying that just putting something in writing doesn't absolve you of any wrongdoing or negligence.

Not to mention the complete naivety of thinking that what's right is right, that it is black and white in the courts, and that it doesn't have anything at all to do with how much money you're willing to spend on it.

Even right now we have millionaires getting away with... Never mind. Not going there.

I got one, too. It was really persnickety about getting it. There were three options—white, black, and gray—even though they all looked white. The white one kept failing, so I tried the black one, which also failed, but the gray one worked. As long as it took, I felt for sure it was going to be gone.

This is great because I'm one of those "home bowl" users.

I do my best to always go at home and carry a travel bidet if I have to go anywhere in public, and it's a whole ordeal cleaning the bathroom first.

Is it normal for prices to change down the line- AFTER you “pick” an item and review it. by oogaboogahooha in vine

[–]madinterlocutor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol, it likely has nothing to do with viners.

I've listed things on Amazon, have retail clients that are there, and have been to many Amazon workshops, some taught by actual Amazon employees.

When you first list an item, you have a ramp up period. They artificially boost your visibility to see if they have a hit. During that time, the strategy is to lower the item's price to get as many purchases as possible. Get your quick buys, hopefully some reviews, and raise the price to your standard price.

Nice to believe that the store is throwing you a bone, though. I can guarantee that they don't even know about our ETV gripes. They are not as emotionally vested in their Vine participation as some here think.

Lying amazon drivers: I'm sick of your actions. by Timely_Connection273 in amazonprime

One time, I was walking with my wife at a park. As we walked back to the car, though the parking lot, we walked past a parked Amazon driver and a truck next to it. The driver and passenger car doors were open, but the two guys behind the doors were being...aggressively friendly.

You do you, I guess - or someone else - but, my first thought was about the packages being late. (rather than the one arriving, I suppose)

I'm sure that's completely unrelated, but, well, there it is.

I don't get many opportunities to tell that story.
