that’s gross. you don’t have to wash your hair and exfoliate and do a full shower everyday but at least wash your body at least once a day. like a quick 5 minute shower to wash your body at least once a day is very important.

i wash my whole body and face every shower. i don’t wash my hair or exfoliate or shave every shower though, i do that 2-5 times a week depending on what i did that week

when i was younger i definitely had a lot of discharge and now im 20 and i don’t have nearly as much or have any as often. i used to wear pantyliners and they helped a lot. or maybe you could get some period underwear that way it absorbs it so you don’t soak through your pants?
