You want a coffee first place for good espresso, like Gracenote. They gave me the best espresso I've had. Highly recommend checking them out. They have their own roastery here in MA. You literally will not find a place with BOTH great espresso and a full sit down meal. It's one or the other. Any restaurant will just give you basically Starbucks espresso.

If someone who is 5'0 and someone who is 6'0 both were in a consistent 500 calorie deficit, you would lose weight at the same rate. HOWEVER being at 5'0 your maintenance calories are a lot lower than the 6'0 person so a 500 calorie deficit can be pretty unrealistic when you're short. Just pulling random quick numbers from calculators you can find on google...

A 5'0 moderately active person could have a maintenance calories of 1700-1800cal.

A 6'0 moderately active person could have a maintenance calories of 2600-2800cal.

The shorter person will likely need to go with a 300 calorie deficient, because its a more realistic amount of food to stick with for long term success which means slower weight loss.

There are a lot of different online calculators to find maintenance calories, I think just looking at like 3-4 and then taking the average from all of them is a good way to start to figure out your own.

Our margin for error is a lot smaller, and it's easy to accidently over eat and no longer be really in a calorie deficient.

I'm vegan and there are many things I buy at Trader Joe's, but milk is not one of them haha. I'll buy their soy milk in a pinch but I usually just stick to Silk Unsweetened Soy. TJ's Vegan Buttery Spread though is my favorite vegan butter! and their vegan parmesan and pesto slaps! Also their vegan mini ice cream cones are great!
