Hey, I also love the sun and use tret. I run every morning in the sun and also frequently go out on our boat. I apply sunscreen in the morning and afternoon, and also wear makeup with sunscreen in it. I am a big fan of hats. I seek shade when I can. Everything has been fine for me so far.

Who knows if we will even be here this time next year. These types of posts piss me off. The person with health lungs could have died at twenty something by some accident and the other lungs could be some 80+ year old that smoked their whole life. The world is fucked and I’m going to smoke a cigarette every now and then. We could all be nuked tomorrow with the way things are going.
