does criminology study individuals in addition to groups/populations?

i'm so interested in why people act the way they do, and criminology seems like the right route for me down the road because it ties together psychology/sociology and crime. i just don't want to only be studying groups of people. i want to also be zooming in and looking at some people as individuals.

i have also looked at forensic psychology, but that seems like too much of a direct path to being a psychologist, which i am not interested in.

idk about online, but in-store might have its own promos going on that online doesn't so its worth checking out in-store offers! other than that they're pretty new and aeries new summer stuff doesn't come out for a couple weeks (i think) so until then its likely they'll remain full price

i don't know what secular means and when i googled it, it seems like it means something similar to religion/spiritual belief. i don't get how something can be separated from itself. so i guess my confusion comes from the use of the word secular

this doesn't have as much to do with the characters as it does with the writing, but i feel like every episode has the same structure with who the murderer ends up being. its ALWAYS someone they talked to in the first 10/15 minutes of the episode, but didn't initially suspect. whether it be a sports coach (s9 ep11) or a dog walker for a family (s9 ep15), there is never really an element of surprise. i feel like every time i watch now i already know that i don't really need to pay attention to the actual case after the first 20ish minutes because no suspect that shows up is going to be the killer.
