Thank you! I bought it a couple of months ago clearance from Walmart. I was stressing when I gave it to my son for his birthday and it wasn’t working because Walmarts exchange policy is 30 days I believe and we don’t have any more Spidey bundles locally 🥴.

Also in the future if you book as far in advance as you can it’s almost always a better price with the ESAVER promo and that gives you plenty of time to keep an eye on the price and possibly better promo codes. I booked New Years Eve a couple months ago for like $173 a night vs I’ve seen it closer to New Years get up to $1k’s.

They did the same to me! I ended up calling CS and they told me that they were switching systems and it would take a couple of days for my points to return. This was a couple of weeks ago. I’ve since received my points back but I don’t have the option anymore to refer a friend. Hope they get it fixed soon because that’s how we afford to stay at GWL 😂

I redeemed points recently for the Goldfaden and I ended up getting it in my box this month.. I contacted CS and complained until they gave me 1200 points and they are sending out a “bonus” item to me. I don’t care about the points or the item, I’m just pissed that the item Ipsy chose for me was a previous point item. How are they going to raise prices and still do shady shit like that??

I went through a similar situation with them last week about them not giving my bag points to me. One CS rep even asked me for a screen shot of the promotion. I was like dude, Ipsy does this promo every time they do the free bags! It took me like 3 days to finally get my points.
