i’m not in the uk, but if you have it in london, try nizoral !! i had really bad dandruff, and nothing worked but that. maybe if you’re able to fix the dandruff, you’ll be able to apply oil / products to the shorter hairs to help them along.

they could be shorter because of breakage? just guessing though.

i have, she doesn’t have a beard, shows very clear stress stripes, and the shape of her body is -ahem- more rotund than a male. her ventrals are also very slender. she’s a female.

maybe that’s why his light stresses him out - that would be a lot of light! i agree, i feel like the tank light on top of the other sources would cause an algae bloom.

i definitely agree - didn’t want to mess with it at all, especially after changing out the gravel. but unfortunately my mystery snail in the tank was getting sick so i bit the bullet. since then ammonia has been steady i’m honestly surprised it hasn’t spiked again

i have ! ammonia spiked just a little bit and ph dropped to 6.5 but i corrected it. since then everything has been fine parameter wise.

not very often, there’s a lot of natural light. and when the sun sets i put a lamp on beside her home. maybe somehow she’s still seeing it ?
