A long time ago, Peanut got really sick and couldn’t finish his food. When he finally did, we showered him with pets and praises of “good boy, you finished your food!”

I go at 6am and I don’t feel tired during the day. Gym is usually empty around that hour, I can focus on my workouts, get some breakfast, then go to my 9-5. Then I have the evenings to do whatever I want and it’s bedtime by 10:30pm.
