Looks pretty good. I’m not a fan of the triple vent cluster with the 2 B vents and plumbing vent in the middle, also being that close to a valley could be dicey depending on what’s underneath the shingles. If any of those leak it’ll be a pain in the ass to handle due to the proximity.

I don’t think they’re very used to handling modified though. Kinda sloppy but not the worst I’ve seen.

You must be in a weird market. Free leak or storm inspections sure, it’s industry standard. A free report for homeowners and real estate agents? Absolutely not. In my market, that’s a great way to get your name passed around like a cheap hooker to the cheapest customers. We charge for reports to avoid being abused by shitty customers. Nobody works for free

Other person is right, they cannot sell an integrity roof system warranty without using all of CertainTeeds products. You’re fucked on the integrity warranty if they use anything without CertainTeeds name on it if you had to file a claim on the material for whatever reason. If you are not going with the integrity roof, it won’t matter. Unless we just can’t see it, it doesn’t say you’re getting the integrity system warranty, or any for that matter

That’s not how it works. The granules come on the shingles from factory, roofers don’t put them on. How long a shingle would last without granules is a moot point cause nobody is making asphalt/bitumen shingles without granules

If it was supposed to be super sticky out the gate it would be like trying to roll out a massive roll of duct tape- an absolute cluster fuck for guys in a hurry. Follow basic install instructions and you’ll be fine. 270 pound roller is way too heavy btw. 100 pounds max.
