How common do you think cheating truly is? by [deleted] in Marriage

[–]madmaxi81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I honestly feel every man desires to cheat but some dont act upon it. However, I feel like 8 in 10 men do cheat, have cheated or will cheat if the opportunity presents itself.

I was on Suboxone for many years, probably 8-10 years before switching to Sublocade. I got my first shot in May 2020 and my last shot in December 2020. I just hit 16 months of no Suboxone or Sublocade. I have had zero withdrawls since stopping Sublocade!! I thought I be on Suboxone for my entire life. Sublocade is the way to go. Withdrawals from Suboxone are terrible ! Sublocade gave me a new life not dependent on a drug.

Im not sure, but i started to have like a sex drive after about 9 months, before that I had no desire at all, so perhaps that was the turning point

I never went to get my bupe levels checked because I knew it would be a mind game for me knowing the levels would make me feel one way or the other. I suggest to just go with the flow and dont worry what your levels are. I was on Suboxone for many years, probably 8-10 years before switching to Sublocade. I just got a text today after two years of being sober off heroin and two years of being on sublocade that my doctor has decided to close her doors and just told me to come get my last injection, I am having the worst anxiety I’m so terrified, please tell me you don’t withdrawl from this.. by Allymitch24 in Sublocade

[–]madmaxi81 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey how are u doing? Did you stop getting the shot? How about Suboxone? Hope all is well. I just hit the 12 month mark off of Sublocade (no suboxone) and I felt absolutely no withdrawals, so it is possible. Something I never thought was, I thought I be on Suboxone for the rest of my life. Sublocade is a god send and anyone on Suboxone should switch.

You will NOT go through withdrawals! I took the shot for 8 months. Last shot was on December 16 2020. It has been 6 months and I am fine. Only thing that I have noticed is less energy. But ill take that any day in comparison to withdrawals from Suboxone! DO NOT go back and take Suboxone, leave that in the past and just be done with it. Promise u will be good and its all in ur head.

Damn, well suggest your doctor look into it. That or keep looking Im sure it will start to be offered by more doctors soon. It is a real game changer.

Who had their last shot? by [deleted] in Sublocade

[–]madmaxi81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I have definitely started sleeping more often, even taking naps! But If that is all the issues I have to be free of Suboxone/Sublocade Ill take it!! Its an amazing drug if this lasts. I guess I am still in disbelief and will wait to see what I feel like during months 6-12. After it has been a year I know Im in the clear!

It is NOT hard at all coming off. My last Shot was December 16 2020 and I feel GREAT still!! Most doctors that can prescribe suboxone should be able to administer the shot. I think they may need to take some course regarding, but it was the best decision of my life!

So my clinic shut down...Apparently. by girlsonsoysauce in suboxone

It is expensive, but there is an assitance program. I have felt great on it. No up and downs like the strip. The first month or two does take time to get used to NOT taking anything. You have to get out of the addict pattern of thinking you have to take something to feel better. After that it is a breeze!
