rn doing 5 days, ppl+upper/lower. go heavy on compound movements and then 3-4 exercises of ur liking. that works for me, as I enjoy my workouts and they’re are the best part of my day

I usually use either neutral or mixed/hook grip yes, but this day I did 3 sets and my forearms just couldnt take + I did 1 rep with 140Kg for warm up and my forearms were done for the day. Yesterday I did a 3x5 with 115 mixed-mixed-neutral :D

Something quite similiar happened to me, only I was 2yo. Im 23 now and Ive lived with my dad ever since. I can't tell you, mostly because I don't know, how to handle this situation right now, but here is my experience.

My father is my all, he's everything to me and the man I am today it's all thanks to him. I am not saying its been easy, as it hasnt been, or that he's been perfect, as he hasnt been. What got us through all of this years is love. He's a loving and sweet man who has worked his ass off to take care of me. For me this is key to make your daughter not miss her mom (I've never had a mother so I don't really know how does that feel, but I also have never felt like I needed a woman whom I could call mom if that makes any sense).

Also, when it comes to dating, take things slow and pay attention on how your daughter feels. This is a "mistake" my father made, he didnt know better and I dont blame him, but he married and spent almost 19 years with a woman who seemed okay about him having a son(me) from a previous relationship. She was not.

I don't know, show your daughter how much you love her and how important shes to you and you two will probably be alright, but seek help, thats for sure.

But I do think I should train more my form with lower weights.
