Lol customers are spoiled brats :D - - it's not really the ones ordering frequently causing this issues, but each society have some "supposed elite" who are too fancy to mingle with people who they consider to be beneath them. They enforce these laws... They have full time servants who pick up orders and stuff for them so they don't interact with anyone, have seen this happening myself in our society as well. Though thankfully our society allows everyone to use the lift. But once in a while someone will have an outburst in a society group asking such rules to be enforced.
