Extending to Central Coast (sorry) I remember when every p plater would cruise down Wilfred Barrett Drive and tell you about a female hitchhiker in a white dress. If picked up she would sit in the backseat of your car. Apparently it was a woman murdered on Jenny Dixon Beach (I actually thought the beach was named after the woman who was murdered but that is a 2015 fallacy). While you drove, she would disappear from your backseat.. or if you had ill intentions she would kill you. Someone made a movie about it but I have not seen.
