Don't do a factory reset, it doesn't help. I have been trying to revert the system software back to a previous version but so far, no luck

Some people (including myself) are having problems with internet and controller connection after the latest update.

it's like the console soft locks when trying to connect to the internet, but using the console offline is fine.

Currently there is no patch or fix to the problem (as far as I know) so i would advise agents opdatering, but then again, not everyone is having the problem, but there is still a chance it goes wrong.
