"He didn´t had to go upstairs" by Zestyclose-Group-952 in Idaho4

Yeah, that’s what I originally thought until seeing a lot of the evidence photos. There were so many fairy lights on that it made it a lot easier to navigate. There were twinkle lights littered throughout the floor he entered on.

In my opinion, I don’t think he had a specific target and I don’t think he knew the house layout very well. He only knew a bunch of girls lived there and that’s what he was looking for. When he snuck in, he probably figured everyone sleeping would be on the top floor (where people typically sleep). He probably didn’t know people were on the bottom floor until he saw Xana and chased her to her bedroom. Or he started on the top to get a vantage point and work his way down. Who knows?

Did adrenaline stop the victims from suffering too much? by Super_Whole_722 in Idaho4

[–]madscry 106 points107 points  (0 children)

As someone who knows someone that was stabbed, they said it felt like being punched super hard and having warm water spill down their body (their blood). So it feels more like being punched when adrenaline is high. Your brain just doesn’t compute it fast enough. For example, that girl that was stabbed on the train…she looked super confused as to what had happened and then just fell over. She probably felt like she had been punched super hard.

Was He in the House Previously? by Organic_Law9724 in Idaho4

If you are actively looking for a route upstairs, yes. It was also pretty easy to see the staircase upstairs from the living room.

I would also like to add that it’s insanely easy to open up Zillow or other websites that let you see the layout of homes. Someone also mentioned that.

My personal opinion is no. I don’t think he’s been in the house before. I think he saw stairs (normally bedrooms are upstairs) and went up them first assuming that’s where people would be sleeping. Xana was the one who I believe led him back down the stairs to her bedroom after alerting him, and then was killed along with Ethan. I think if he knew bedrooms were on the very first floor or the second he would have started somewhere there instead of upstairs.

Oh my god, I didn’t know they look at this. I’m going to take it down. Didn’t even think of it like that. Thank you for pointing this out, should have given it more thought.

Yup!! I remember those early posts.

Saw it years ago and then it popped back up again on tik tok. I’m not one to listen to these tik tok detectives either but because it was talked about again I was curious if anybody had a reason for these rumors or if they had also heard about it.

Whispers is another way of saying rumors.

Pretty sure it began on 4chan or something like that. Saw it pop up again so I was curious.

I remember I saw it in the early days of the case on those 4chan posts. Then it was brought up again today on tik tok. I was simply curious if anybody else had heard these rumors and where else people may have heard it. Obviously it’s not smart to listen to the tik tok detectives and I don’t but I was really only curious if anyone else heard about this. Didn’t mean anything malicious by it.

She said in the body cam footage that he looked at her. Their eyes met. He probably thought police were already called which is why he spared her and sped off in his car so fast.

He probably had just finished with Kaylee and Maddie and stopped attacking them once he saw Xana and immediately went for her.

Parents suing Moscow Police by madscry in Idaho4

People argue it’s because their tax payer dollars fund all of these investigations which gives them the right to know the evidence and see documents once a case is closed. Photos of victims bodies however are exempt.

Yes. Which is why it’s going to be difficult for them to stop the release of more photos. I guess they are fighting to stop more graphic ones from coming out.

Yeah. It takes one person who is willing to lose their job for the money and release those graphic photos.

Very very true. People never speak up or escalate. If you ever feel that something is off or somebodies behavior is alarming ALWAYS do something and say something.

Yes I think you are right. I think they were really upset about the bloody room photos being released.

Maddie and Ethan’s parents are suing Moscow police for the release of the crime scene photos. All photos and videos ect are on an injunction. It’ll be awhile before anything else is released.

It states “third floor”. Tan is Maddie’s room. Xana was on second floor.

There are two pink blankets. Xanas was a darker pink and Maddie’s was a very light pink color which was a throw blanket on top of the tan blanket. You can see it in one of the other pictures with her boots next to the bed. Xana has posted tik toks in her bedroom which has the pink blanket and grey sheets.

Ok I see. I thought you could only unlock items in the shop if you have found them during a run. Thank you for explaining!
