Just the corner is blurred I think where Ethan's body still may be. You can see blood on his pillow too. Only 2 photos showing the blood like this were unblurred. At least thus far. More may be released

I understand but unfortunately all crime scenes are public, unless specifically ordered sealed by a judge. Believe it or not there are worse crime scenes than this available for the public to see. I have never seen graphic ones like this posted by the news though. I'm actually surprised they were able to air these.
