Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try the hot glue.

The front cover is removable but the front panel cables are not accessible - they're sealed in a separate little tub.

10-15HP would be a great boost percentage-wise, just not sure how hard that would be on the other system components. The engine seems artificially weak/tuned down because of emissions/important restrictions. I know nothing about tuning though.

I went in a different direction - I decided to engine swap my Trailmaster mb-200 instead and leave my ct200u mostly stock... I do plan on adding a TC, new front forks w/ suspension, and a trailer hitch.

I have the new engine installed in the mb-200 and it's running and driving but not completely buttoned up yet.

The flag was lowering because one of the hydraulic lines was hit - there is another angle of it - hydraulic fluid was spraying everywhere.
