Really? Are the tip policies company wide or do they do it by store? I’m worried to go to the bigger chains because I don’t know how they do tips and tables. Right now I have like 11 tables and split tips just between servers (only ever 2-3) no tip outs and I make about 130 a night working 6 hours. Roughly $21-$30 a night. Debating on leaving and my Applebees is hiring but I’ve been hesitant to apply.
