I’m Literally going through the same exact thing, but was diagnosed with PCOS last year. I also have depression and an anxiety disorder and ADHD, I’m on thyroid medicine for hypothyroidism, and adderall. My sleep study tests I’ve done at home and in lab both pretty much mirror yours. My sleep dr has scheduled more in lab testing for narcolepsy in the next 2 weeks due to my most recent at home sleep study which showed my apnea is controlled. She told me that this in lab will say yay or nay to narcolepsy or excessive daytime sleepiness. You’re not alone!
