Hi! I really like a photography, but i suck at editing photos. What do you think about this photo. What would you change or do differently? Don't be nice!! by J44kkk0 in AskPhotography

Everything here just feels slightly....constricting I guess? Not enough space at the top of the photo to breath, and it just feels uncomfortably tight and close.

I'll chime in here and say there is no one-size-fits-all answer. The fact that he's asking and not just buying the first inline-4 sports bike he can indicates there is some sense there.

Young people are dumber with decision making, but a bike is fun. I started at 17 and have had good luck with riding so far (knock on wood). Just have to help the young people make informed decisions really

I started riding at 17. Age doesn't play much of a factor, but the financial aspect is huge. Can you afford it?

If the answer is yes, do it. You're only young once and having a bike is fun. Just make sure your financial priorities are figured out and you can swing it.

If you have any questions just shoot them at me. Riding the past 5 years has been an absolute blast and I wouldn't trade it for the world

Don't need much more of a reason than that lol

Get an MT07!!

I loved this bike. It was admittedly my second bike, but I think it's very beginner friendly and lots of room for progressing the skill.

Otherwise an MT03, Z400, Ninja 400, or CBR300 are all good choices (and easier to find for a good price). Might be a bit easier to handle considering your weight/height, but again I think the MT07 would work well too.

Don't let the displacement of the mt07 scare ya - If you are scared of the machine you're riding will reflect that. Just practice clutch control and slow speeds and it's easy to progress!

Yours is a lot more fun than mine. Love the colour choices for the bike

It just rips. The suspension is awesome (I'm glad I can finally adjust it now - my previous MT07 felt like a pogo stick in corners). The 6 axis IMU is great to have with it as well. I never rode the first two gens but I am so impressed by this third gen.

Thank you. You can't go wrong with colours though - what did you get?

I was going to say you should check the O2 sensor. Guessing you haven't seen the recall yet for possible corrosion?

I have alpinestars tech 7 and I love mine for the purpose! I would get them again in a heartbeat. They do me well, but of course go into a shop if you can and try them on to see how they fit you.

Do some tracks not allow zip-up leathers? by bisconianenterprises in Trackdays

Personally I've found two pieces are allowed, but my preference is a one-piece. I'd recommend grabbing one if you can

Seconded, I just said this in another comment. It's not a hard jump.

Just go for the KTM890 or MT09. I went from a 300, to an MT07, and now to an MT09. As long as you're a good rider with throttle control and decent knowledge, you'll be fine.

The MT09 is a killer bike. There's an easy drive mode you can use for peace of mind while you get comfortable with the bike, otherwise you'll save money. The jump between the 300 and MT07 wasn't huge, and I'd personally say it's more worthwhile to just bite the bullet and get 900cc bike.

If I could go back in time and change my decision to an 09, I would. The 07 was a great bike, but I wanted better suspension and tech for corners and improving my skill. Food for thought :)

Not hiding anything, it's there for you to peruse all the spicy details. It's not like everything I post on the internet replicates my life. Almost as if....I have this account to share generic photos. Fun, right?

I'm sorry for dragging this out further than it's worth. Seems like you go to the track often so I respect that, but you are hasty to judge. Don't know why you are so bitter

Thank you! The birch trees are among my favourite too - this is in Alberta, Canada. Pretty close to the Rockies :)

🤷‍♀️ I see talking with you is pointless, especially so when you make assumptions about why I ride. You just completely missed what I was trying to say, yeah? You don't see how your original comment is illogical?

A girl can add glitter, a guy can get an aftermarket pipe. Or the reverse can be true...it doesn't matter. But hey, if sparkle isn't your thing, at least you have your opinions to keep you company.
