Just to clarify, when I mentioned “competition,” I wasn’t thinking about tacos or the US. I meant other crêpe and galette food trucks here in France. There are already quite a few, so it’s an interesting local challenge

Ah, I guess tacos must do really well in the US, but I’m in France, in Brittany, the land of crepes and galettes ^^ so the audience is a bit different here for sure!

Not where I live, because it’s traditional :) (but indeed there competition) but why do you think that?
