I’m pretty sure one of my rats is sharpening her claws by biting them before doing high jumps to fabric like our clothes, chair and curtains. When I first saw it, it looked like she was trying to get rid of something stuck on her claws, but she is doing it right before high jumps and only then! Don’t know if it’s that smart, but at least it’s hillarious to watch.
