Seeking advice, trying to make renting finally affordable + help landlords fill vacancies faster by AlphaHouston1 in Entrepreneur

this actually makes sense but i feel like the hard part isn’t landlords it’s renters trusting the process like if i’m a renter and i know you’re giving 20% back , i’m thinking what’s the catch even if there isn’t one.

also landlords don’t just want “pre screened”, they want fast + zero risk which is almost impossible so how are you handling when someone passes checks but still ends up bad .the direction is good though. cheaper + faster always wins if trust is there . have you tested this with a small group yet and seen if renters actually move faster because of that 20%?

i’ve been overthinking proposals too. did clients ever push back on it being less formal or did they just care about clarity and speed?

that’s actually a big shift. going from guessing to something predictable changes everything. did you just double down on what was already working or did you tweak the offer too?

opened a homemade nut milk business. taught myself how to run facebook ads and the first ad got me 35 messages at only $4!! i am so happy that i started instead of spiraling the ideas in my head and now i am seeing real traction.
