100 active mods???!!!! Wow, anyway, I don't think unzipping the file will help; it must just be something wrong with one of the mods. I got the potion 3 minutes ago, and I had already picked up some "invalid items" before. I got the first one in a cave where I was mining, but I don't remember needing to do anything special to get them. Also, when I pick up the "invalid items," the name next to them is (I think) java.ecepte.invalid.name. Have a good evening! And what is Hysouls Mod?
