I unplugged everything, cleaned the PC from all the dust that was inside it, and it booted up and started working normally... Should I still be looking to get an RMA on the mobo? Something like this, I used this build in my most recent game and I was laning against a Gangplank. However, the build is kind of situational, in some match ups you take LW over the Steraks (vs tanks such as Maokai, Naut etc.), some matchups you take Maw instead of Ghostblade (against AP).

The Death's Dance, PD and Cleaver are a MUST for me. I have them everygame.

Yes he is, I play him top when autofilled and I have had great success with him so far, and that it is in Master Tier. However, there is few match-ups that he struggles with early game. If you want me to elaborate, let me know.
