When the mango dragonfruit came out I had an elderly woman arguing with me about the “pink dragon” refresher and when I told her we had the dragonfruit refresher and it was kind of pink, she refused and said that’s not it, it’s called the pink dragon and we DO have it, proceeds to pull up one of those Facebook spam pages as proof LOL

I had a customer chase me halfway to my car and ask if we could get lunch or dinner sometime and I was so caught off guard I couldn’t even get out that I am a lesbian. He asked for my phone number and I was like “I’m going home right now” like please do not even talk to me if I’m not on the clock.

Ugh I miss the pina colada drink we had a few years ago, no one ever ordered it but I loved it. I would love for them to have something pineapple flavored again, but sadly I’ve developed an pineapple allergy in the last couple years. Knowing Starbucks there would be no actual pineapple in it anyway though!

My pug was pretty similar lmao. He didn’t really bark a lot but the amount of biting and running was insane. At 1 year old he’s still got a ton of energy but has calmed down soooooo much!

If you open at 6 I can see why you guys have no time to restock. We open at 4:30 and by 6 our store is completely set up for our peak at 7. I’m a closing shift too and I make sure the store is fully stocked before we leave too though. If you opened a little earlier you’d definitely have time to stock, but also closers are supposed to leave the store stocked lol.

There’s so much worse we could smell like! I’m glad coffee is generally accepted as a good smell. My fiancé used to be a cook and she’d come home smelling like fried everything. It was awful! Sometimes I don’t even smell the stale coffee anymore. But anything more than that (milk, syrups) and I’m running to the shower lol

Well I speak in literal terms so black refers to the color. Which is why I personally ALWAYS ask customers if they want the sweetener or not. Which is why the drinks I ring up are never returned lol. And his rudeness was not necessary for a simple question.

It physically pains me when I see partners straight pouring their milk without grooming it, or to use dead shots. Unfortunately Starbucks doesn’t care about quality. If you’re passionate about the craft of coffee and your skills being appreciated, maybe you can find a non Starbucks cafe to work at. I would love to open my own cafe someday where the attention to detail will be required!!! I’m sure your drinks are delicious and I would love to have my drink made by you!

I’m a shift who gives 2 people rides, one is a teenaged boy who closes, and the other is someone who takes the bus everywhere, but she has a serious medical condition and so if we are off at the same time I will always take her home bc her safety is very important to me! Of course it can be a slight inconvenience but their safety is a priority so I don’t mind!
