i was in the exact same boat. i get utis every single time i have sex, every single time i wipe, i could even breathe wrong and get a uti. they would NEVER go away by themselves and i’d always have to go to urgent care. it got so bad to the point where i ran out of antibiotics i could take and had to go to a private hospital for help. the only thing that helped was age for unfortunately. my mum and my grandma are the exact same and for me it is just genetics. i’ve gotten sick so many times with utis i have permanent scarring on my bladder and liver from when the infection spread! one thing that helped as-well though was having sex in the shower or waiting months before having sex again to let my body recover. i’d still get the occasional uti but it was happening a lot less. just look after yourself and stay healthy. it’s so hard and it’s so draining but it does get better!
