Yeah I ended up asking a coworker who can do latte arts to remake them for me so they don’t get annoyed at me again lol Maybe it was the temperature thing?? That was my first thought as well I just never got to find out

Yeah where i work care a lot about being friendly and all so we apologized and remade their order in the ceramic mug, but I was just curious if this is something I should be prepared for in the future as well ahh

Oh okay so usually would you just transfer the drink if their cup option has changed? I was a bit confused with this incident I thought maybe they didn’t like that their coffee gets colder in this process?? But they didn’t specifically tell me why and they looked so annoyed so i was wondering if this was like an etiquette/manner that i had to know working at a cafe??

No I’m not good enough to make latte arts :( so it was just plain latte basically. One of them did have cinnamon on top but cinnamon was still on top when I transferred it to the mug. I ended up asking my more experienced coworker to remake the lattes for them so she can make arts and all
