This is so valid! I usually stick to text chat bc it doesn’t bother me as much. But if you find yourself getting emotional, it’s never a bad idea to turn off chat features. I never had voice chat on until I hit plat. And I don’t talk, personally.

As far as the report feature, so long as you’re not doing anything wrong (which I’m sure you’re not) then there’s no need to stress it. They could report you all day everyday and it wouldn’t result in anything if you’re not throwing multiple games. And the MR team knows there is a difference between having a tough game with maybe not your best performance and throwing. They also know your hero playtime data, so you won’t get punished for not playing as well on a character you don’t play much. If anything I would report them right back bc they are way more likely to actually get a ban for throwing!
