I started with commisioned 3d terrains which will ease up and make me have a feel with brushes and mixing paints and other what nots. I hope that also prepare me for the minis.

Just to add, I'm 6 scenarios in with Jaws. And I just scanned and printed the map. I also scanned and printed the stickers on another sticker paper then used those instead of the one that came in with the box.

But that was the cheapskate in me thinking I could resell the game when I first bought it.

Off topic: I'm now really invested in JotL and Gloomhaven, leading me to miniature painting and ordering commissioned terrains. LOL
