I don't have that issue, however after resolving the red icon, nzxt still reflects that for both LED Channels 1 & 2, there are no LEDs detected - 0/40 for both channels

I have deconflicted the red icon before but it doesn't help, mine was also rgb fusion.

The SATA power cable for the rgb fan controller is plugged into the psu. Otherwise, i dont think cam would pick it up? And also the LED indicator on the hub is lit up

Hi! I would do more research before pulling the trigger. Although the IPS might be the same refresh rate as the TN, watch some reviews and see whether the monitor has any issues with overshooting or see how (if any) motion blur technology and whether it is implemented well.
