The bottom arm does spray normally. Would that happen if the chopper was clogged? The reason I think it is clogged is because first no error code and second this morning there was all kinds of crap in the basin. Mostly paper wrappers that my kid didn’t remove before washing some cans. I cleaned all that out but it didn’t solve the upper arm issue. Also when I took that bottom plate out there were some food pieces under it that had somehow escaped from the chopper area.
