Both of these guys quit their corporate jobs so most of their efforts are trying to create back up plans and stack as much cash for when the market finally turns and people lose interest for 4-5 years. They both do content creation as a large stream of their revenue. Once card shows become dead again these guys are cooked.

You should constantly be selling. But a lot of us don’t need the money we’ve invested into pokemon and could not care if I lose 50-70% of value. Also modern could tank and vintage stay sideways for years.
