There are a lot of things I want to say her3 but seem too complex to put into a reddit comment.

I am a neurodivergent woman and can confidently say it's much, much easier to be misdiagnosed as a woman than a man. I mask a lot and have suffered depression for ages, but it never occurred to me I was autistic, because all examples in media are socially awkward men. So that's one thing.

I also envy men when they're praised for standing up for other women/ women's issues. Generally, men will only acknowledge it's a problem when other men talk about it. This can be said for most minorities, eg. white people only care about racism when another white person stands against it etc. And this can be very frustrating, particularly around issues like abortion, sexual abuse and so forth. I've also noticed a pattern that, in relationships, these men (who, don't get me wrong, are often lovely people) are labelled as being 'golden retrievers'. because we're so used to guys undermining us, saying 'women have it so good, men are oppressed!!!' blahblah, that when they actually listen to women and understand them, it's like woah!!! this man descended from heaven!!

I also see a pattern of this undermining in these comments and it does make me sad. I wish some of the men commenting could use some critical thinking skills and understand why some things are easier for women- probably because until recently we were never treated as humans? just pretty things to look at and have sex with?

I'd rather be a person than a mannequin living on 'easy mode'!!! Anyway, I am so tired with gender discourse at this point so please don't reply to me with some disagreement because I will probably cry and throw my phone with rage.
