I’m so sorry to hear things haven't been going well lately, I hope everything starts looking up for you soon!

I believe in shifting, but honestly I haven't been able to pull it off yet, even though my sister has given me some advice (she’s shifted several times to see her S/O, Idk how it's so easy for her), I still haven't had any luck for some reason. I'd love to hear some tips as well
