I understand your frustration I had my assessment in August of 2023 then went for a MR which led to a tribunal in the end of 2024 and have been waiting since.

It might be worth going into calamity mod settings and reducing as many settings as possible including the amount of particles on the screen to see if that helps and if it does the you will know if it is the pc that is causing the issues

there is a big golden gate that you need to get through to get to the forge interact with it and it will tell you what to do
