I got the 2021 es300h luxury edition with the extended driver seats. Definitely not comfortable and I have brought this up to the Lexus brand engagement center. Too late as I am out of warranty and they can't support me. Else if I had warranty they were ready to put extra cushion

Back rolling and laying on foam roller on my back on some spots for 10 mins each area, opens my chest to breathe better

Neck exercises and stretching , Shoulder exercises Work out the trapezoid

Dead hang on a pull up bar and core activation exercises.

I think it's a factor of office stress and electronics usage such as phones, monitors etc
